Welcome to Orion Mountaineering. We offer courses throughout the UK and
Europe for those who want to visit mountainous regions and develop their
mountain skills. Orion
Mountaineering is run by
professional mountaineering instructor Jules Barrett who has over 10 years
experience climbing and working in the outdoor industry. The Orion team is made
up of some of the country's top instructors who share a passion for
mountain sports and love sharing this passion with others.
Whether you want to improve your
navigation, push your hillwalking onto scrambling ground, make the
transition from climbing wall to rock, or learn the techniques of
multi-pitch climbing, we can help. Our enthusiastic and suitably qualified
staff have vast experience of delivering mountain training throughout the
different regions of the UK.
The 2008 course programme contains some of the best days out in the UK, set amidst spectacular mountain scenery. Check out the
