Perfect gritstone weather for this course in
the middle of December. Brilliant friction for Toni and Beck's
first time climbing. By the end of the weekend they were
belaying and climbing really well. We went to Burbage North on
the Saturday and then Millers Dale bridge for a big abseil as
a bit of rest and relaxation. Went to Birchens on the Sunday
which was nice and quiet. After the summer madness, it's easy
to forget that sometimes you can get a bit of peace and quiet
in the Peak. |
