Try these places if you need somewhere to stay in the Peak
District. For our Peak District rock climbing courses we use the eastern
gritstone edges around the village of Hathersage. Our navigation courses
use the Kinder plateau above the village of Edale and the high ground
around the Derwent valley.

Very nice B&B on the main road in
Stoney Middleton Dale. A bit of a drive to the Eastern Edges for
rock climbing or Castleton for caving but excellent food and great
atmosphere in the bistro. |

Well-regarded pub for food and
accomodation. Excellent location for rock climbing. Very close to
the Eastern Edges. Hathersage is a small village at the edge of the
dark peak with plenty of amenities. |

car. Park in public car park next to Robin Hood pub. |
