"Hi Jules. Thanks for those great photos! We had a cracking day - all agreed that it is definitely the highlight of our holiday. Feel quite proud of our achievements, if a little bruised and grazed on the knees! You were a very cheerful, patient and effective guide." Penny, London

"Hi Jules. I'd like to thank you for the excellent time spent in Wales covering safety issues whilst multi-pitch climbing. Both Hazel and I thoroughly enjoyed the day and found many of the details covered to be absolutely fantastic...Needless to say, I will be recommending you to my climbing friends."
Gavin, Manchester

Private guiding is an alternative to joining a fixed duration mountaineering course. The advantage of hiring a guide is that individuals or small groups can design their course along with the guide to best meet their particular objectives. This may suit people with limited time available who can't fit into the structured course dates. Anything from a few hours to a multi-day program can be arranged, mid-week or weekends.

Groups tend to be small, from one to three people, and activities can range from rock climbing in the Peak District, through scrambling in Snowdonia to winter climbing on the north face of Ben Nevis. Our clients constantly surprise us with new, imaginative trip ideas and we're more than happy to turn these ideas into fun and rewarding days out on the mountains and cliffs of the UK.

Below are some brief descriptions of the sort of private guiding that we have done over the last two years:

Climb the Innaccessible Pinnacle on the Isle of Skye Sea-cliff climbing on the North Cornwall coast Climb some of the most famous routes in the country in Snowdonia.
Climb some classic Scottish winter routes Classic rock climbs in the beautiful English Lake District Short and 'ard climbs on gritstone in the Peak District
Rock Climbing in the South West - Devon and Cornwall

Learning to Lead Climb in Snowdonia

Scrambling in the Glyders, Snowdonia

Fee per day: 1 person £120.00, 2 people £130.00, 3 people £140.00. All equipment is included.
